Terms & conditions for evaluation and listing in the devices registry

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions shall be applicable to any entity wishing to participate in our evaluation and listing in the devices registry. By expressing your interest in being evaluated by us, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect your evaluation and listing in the registry. You must not fill up our preliminary evaluation form if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.

Evaluation

Validity

The product evaluation will be valid for a year and will have to be re-evaluated every year. In case of failure to get the product re-evaluated, the product will be removed from the registry listing on the expiry of the validity of it’s evaluation.

Methodology

We will develop and maintain an updated evaluation methodology. This methodology document is the IP of the Devices registry and will be available to anybody on request. We may charge a fee for access to the methodology document.

Inputs for evaluation

We will use the following sources of information for the evaluation of the Devices

1. Details provided during the application for listing to the devices registry
2. Details provided by you in public domain – Product website, product leaflets/brochures, marketing collaterals
3. Additional information gathered by the devices team through interaction with you during the evaluation process

It is your responsibility to ensure that the evaluation team has access to all the information required, at the right time, for a proper evaluation.

Evaluation & Listing in the registry

Listing of devices in the registry will be completely at our discretion. Submitting a device for listing does not guarantee their automatic evaluation and listing.

Duration

Duration of registry listing will be for a year. You have to get your product re-evaluated at the end of the listing period to maintain the product listing in the registry

Fee

The registration fee for any company wanting to list their devices in the Devices registry is IRS 2000/-. This includes evaluation and 1 year listing for 1 device. 

The feel for evaluation and 1 year listing for subsequent devices from the same company would be IRS 1000/- per device.

Payment of evaluation & listing fee

All applicants would be screened based on the details provided in the pre-evaluation questionnaire. If you are found to be eligible for final evaluation and listing in the registry, a payment link will be shared with companies. The final evaluation will be taken up once the payment is received by us.
