The DHIndia Telemedicine devices registry(The Registry) is developed and managed by DHIndia association.   • Details of the company including address, website, social media pages, details about the size and age
  • Details of the product(s) including its intended use, target audience, relevant hardware details and technology

You directly provide The Registry with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register with us
  • Voluntarily complete the application form for listing in our telemedicine devices registry
  • Provide information over telephone and email with our team members during the process of the evaluation of your product(s) for inclusion in the registry
  • Disclose to our team members and jury members during your product demo/presentations
  • Feedbacks/support request that you place on our registry & website

  • List your product and the result of our evaluation of the same in our registry. This information is available for public consumption freely
  • Reach out to you in case of any queries we may have. To satisfactorily carry out the evaluation process, we need to be in contact with you,

  • Send updates about your feedback request (if that’s how we collected your data)
  • Send updates about any related events that we may conduct in the future.

The registry will also share the information provided by you with anybody requesting such information for the sake of knowing more about yThe Registry & product 

How do we store your data?

The registry uses a public web hosting service provided by reputed hosting companies to host the service. We will take all reasonable precautions to secure the data that we collect. 

During the initial evaluation process, we use collaboration tools such as forms and shared drive from reputed service providers. Access to this data will be restricted to only authorized members of the registry team.

Marketing

The registry would like to send you information about any related events we may conduct that we think will be of relevance to you. 

You have the right at any time to stop the registry from contacting you.

What are your data protection rights?

The Registry would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request The Registry for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
